I am soo sick of getting ripped off at the chick filet every time i try to give it another chance I leave having spent a small fortune on rotten food (thats visually rotten esp now in the clear containers with the fruit and clear lid on parfaits)and being charged for more expensive items but receiving half empty small containers that look like it was half eaten and my parfaits have fruit on top that is soo old the color is fading into top of the already seperated old yogurt that has obviously sat for days... waiting on the customers to be tricked due to high volume times and not realizing you have been duped till your home with your order and its impossible to ck bags they pack it soo full you cant possibly see you were given rotten fruit and parfaits that should have been thrown in trash this is a regular complaint ive had and sent in over and over for the last 5 years and its still happening!!!

If you are not serving immediately the fruit shouldnt be added till its ordered because customers are receiving 2 or 3 day old items... never once considering how much it just cost that customer and its not edible... *** i could serve a huge dinner for the 40 bucks i just dropped for cold nuggetts and rotten fruits and parfaits not to mention ordering a large fruit and receiving a half empty small and having the same nasty rotten container returned back to me after handing back and complaining i was asked to pay 3+ more dollars to have the large i already ordered and paid for what kind of place are you running there??? Someone is gonna get sick from that and i tell ya it is hard to come by $40 we cant afford to eat out but 1 time in 6 months due to job losses from covid and how hurt we were to see the condition of our meal we were soo excited to get after driving 45min there and 45 min back home....just disheartening and it has happened every single time i was fortunate enough to get to go there to order food....how tacky ...

never is anything done we just lose all the way around ....our money and our meal....i am at a loss for words at how many times i have reported the same issue and walk away with rotten food and the precious money spent going there to eat knowing every time what is gonna happen and to catch the fruit issue and be lied to and brought back the same nasty handled container and not even caring to fix it just asking me for more money in a line of traffic knowing you are just soo fustrated you just leave and thats shameful to keep taking advantage of customers esp every single time i go back knowing it happens over and over.... thats not something we get to do often its just hurtful and disgusting at the service at that location and people need to start standing up because your selling rotten half empty containers and 2 feed 2 people it was almost 40$ thats ridiculous...

i could have a steak for that so seeing this is about the 20th time ive been ripped off i will be contacting corp this is beyond ridiculous and that staff should b ashamed!!!!! the nice meal we were excited to eat had to be thrown away and here we sit AGAIN with NO FOOD or MONEY to buy another 2 meals not to mention the wasted gas...guess you people will never know that pain....thats just beyond messed up!!!!

User's recommendation: Look at your good before you leave!!! Every item!!! As well ur receipt.

You shouldn't have thrown away the food. You should have saved it to bring back to the "restaurant" for a Fool Refund.
