Very disappointed with our drive thru service

Our daughter treated us for breakfast today. Unfortunately, the experience was the worst that weve had at Chick-fil-A.

We are very loyal customers but everything went wrong today from customer service to the quality of our meal, everything was so disappointing. Our 10 count chicken mini meal was missing one of the mini sandwiches and two of the pieces had mold on the bread.

Additionally, there were no sugar packets for our coffee and they also forgot to give us our water. We frequent Chick-fil-A because of the customer service and friendly employees but today the service was the opposite.

The location of Chic Fil A: 2267 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77043. If you are black check your food because she may not be the only racist here.

It is not the company; it is Tracy Carey, the blue-eyed, blonde-haired manager, who is the problem. She exhibits the worst kind of racism. She gets people fired and will do anything to cover her tracks. I suspect that after this comment, she will start being nicer to Black people or hire them to prove she isnt racist, or hire someone Black just to fire them in order to create a culturally diverse environment.

She is narcissistic, and the fact that the company allowed her to remain after she lied to get me fired is disgraceful. It was the best place I ever worked, with great food and service, until management treated me unfairly after just a few days. I received termination based on false reports. I was let go today and I am pregnant.

I am very different from my other coworkers; I arrived early and did my job without bothering anyone. Why would I be hired just to be set up for termination? I had no accidents or ticket violations, always came to work early, and corrected the two mistakes that occurred during my training due to Tracy providing incorrect information and then pretending that I was just a confused individual who wouldnt take accountability. In reality, she is the narcissist who complained about me every time I received compliments at work and confused the other managers into firing me.

It is wrong to claim I was eating behind the counter and to report other false accusations. Blaming me for things I didnt do and implying that I have a cognitive issue when I was experiencing pregnancy symptoms is unjust. My explanation of what happened is not the same as refusing to take accountability. I will take responsibility for my own mistakes, not for lies or errors caused by others.

Why was the manager so hard on me compared to others? Additionally, I am Black, pregnant, and struggling financially, simply trying to work. If you believe she is not racist and just didnt like me after one week and five days, you do not understand racism. She smiled when Christina fired me, and I was terminated based on what was reported to her.

It is said that people can be fired based on lies at a will job, which is frustrating, but that does not prevent a civil suit. It is amusing how quickly they believe the lies and misinformation without taking the time to investigate the claims.

Events that led to my termination:

On March 14, 2025 around 1PM I was terminated because a manager accused me of eating at the front counter, which I did not do. The report stated that I had not finished a task, but management was aware that the app had issues that made it difficult for me to complete my work. It also mentioned that there were missing orders, but I did not receive all the information I needed during my first week of training.

I was informed that the customer orders were ready, yet I was the only one penalized, even though I corrected my mistakes during my time there

On March 13, 2025, around 1:30 PM, management sent delivery drivers home early due to app issues, but I had to stay longer because I was instructed to take a break rather than go home. I left 30 minutes after everyone else.

On March 12, 2025, around 12:30 PM, I discovered that I had been given a company car that had not been properly checked. I could have been injured while driving it. I informed management, but Tracy blamed me for the car problems instead of taking responsibility.

Later, the operational manager stated that it was not my fault.

From March 2, 2025, to March 14, 2025, I did not receive adequate training. I felt as though I was set up to fail. On my first day of delivery duty, I was treated differently because I am a pregnant Black woman. Tracy instructed me to mark myself as unavailable for deliveries 20 minutes before my shift, which left me confused about what I had been told.

After receiving a penalty talk, a manager explained that it was a management issue.

I felt that the job did not provide me with an opportunity to grow, which caused me stress during my pregnancy and led to headaches.

I should have had at least 30 days to prove myself at Chick-fil-A, but I only worked for 1 week and 5 days. The company promised to assist individuals in starting their careers, but I did not receive that opportunity.

Robbed of $10 gift card

They stopped responding to their CARES email over a week ago (Report #3002****), and now they are just ghosting me. I received a gift card for Chick-fil-A, and it's a scam.

When you go to place an order online, it will not let you split the order to pay with the gift card balance and the remainder with a credit card. Instead, the app tells you that your gift card does not have enough funds to complete the order, and you must add funds. I selected this option, and it will only let you add funds in increments of $10, so I will have to add more money than what my order is for, and next time (and every time) I go to Chick-fil-A. This is just a scam for Chick-fil-A to get people to keep adding funds onto their cards.

The only way to use the gift card in its entirety would be to place an order for exactly $10, $20, or $30. Example: My order is $22.77, so in using my $10 gift card, I will have to add $20 to complete the order. Now I will have a balance of $7.23. If I place another order for $22.77, guess what?

I have to add another $20, so it's almost like the gift card is pointless and a huge inconvenience. Why not let me add the amount I need to complete my order and only that amount, or better yet, why can't I just pay the balance with a credit card like literally every other company does?

Chick-fil-A told me they would take the $10 gift off my account and mail me a physical card, and all they have done in over one month is take the $10 off my account, so they have essentially stolen $10 from me. Have a blessed day!

I found a roach in my food. I called to request a refund, but nobody picked up.

When I finally got someone to answer, they took down my phone number and never called back.

This was on 12/21/24 at 11:27 AM, and I have yet to hear back about this issue. I would not recommend going to the Fort Union location due to the lack of professionalism and customer service when it comes to resolving issues with your food.

Came to order breakfast before work. The 1st problem was the store (#02231) had no eggs at all, so I ordered my meal (grilled chicken egg white muffin) without the egg, which I truly did not want to do.

The 2nd problem is I ordered extra grilled chicken on the side, which I did not receive. The 3rd problem is they did not put any meat on my sandwich; it was just a muffin with cheese. This really has messed up my morning.

I come here every day before work, and it's always something wrong with my order. I love Chick-fil-A, but this is very unacceptable.

I ordered a Cobb salad from your Smithfield, NC franchise on 6/25/24.

When I received my order I heard something buzzing against the clear container. Sure enough a lovely live fly was crawling around on my sliced eggs, cherry tomatoes, chicken and lettuce.

Im sure you can understand my disgust and sudden lack of appetite.

Hi, I wanted to personally share my experience with a person that I had interviewed with for a job at Chick-fil-A. I was interviewed by Colby Kornoelje in Fayetteville, Georgia 30214, and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I've been trying to reach out, but it seems like nobody cares, so hopefully, someone will get back to me. I was talking during my interview, and he mentioned several times that there were three sides to every story. I was confused about what that meant, and I was honestly shocked because I've never had anybody say that to me during an interview before. He mentioned it multiple times, and I felt like he was implying that I was lying.

He started to watch the door while I was talking, and he was inserting his own input into the things that I was mentioning. I stated that I wanted to escape my toxic environment from my previous job, and he said, 'Well, the same people who go there, go here.' He mentioned that he never changed jobs after he graduated, which again, he inserted into my story and made it seem like I was lying. I would honestly like for this corporation to refrain from having interview staff inject their personal input into the interview. It confuses the interviewee and makes them seem crazy.

I hope someone can read this and take it into account. Thanks.

Damage to my car

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a concerning incident that occurred at one of your locations and seek assistance regarding the damage to my vehicle.

On 7/31 at your Huntington, NY drive-thru, my car sustained significant damage amounting to approximately $3,000.

The damage was caused by a pole in the drive-thru area that was not clearly marked or visible. Specifically, the pole was shorter than my vehicle and did not have any signage indicating its presence. As a result, I was unable to see it in time to avoid the collision.

Given the lack of clear signage and the positioning of the pole, I believe that this situation warrants attention. I have attached photos of the damage to my vehicle and the drive-thru area, as well as a copy of the repair estimate for your reference.

I kindly request that Chick-fil-A address this issue and consider ways to improve visibility and signage in the drive-thru area to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Additionally, I would appreciate your assistance in discussing potential compensation for the damages incurred.

I don't see anyone else with complaints about a pole in the drive-thru. Nothing on Yelp or Google reviews about this issue. I highly doubt Chic Fila a will claim responsibility for you running into something because you weren't paying attention.

Portions in rotten food

I just went to Chick-fil-A, sat down, and had a Hash Brown Bowl and two medium fruit cups. The bowl was half-full.

In the two medium fruit cups, the strawberry was rotten and the apples were rotten. It's ridiculous that you're wanting to charge $11.

This has probably happened to me six times. I've tried to give Chick-fil-A a chance; I really like them, but it's not going to happen anymore.

Missing food! Order knowing you will most likely not receive everything you ordered.

They ruin your evening for the person who didn't receive a meal, then offer you a free small consolation next time you're in, after ruining your evening. They just don't understand the damage, disappointment, and anger this caused!

Poor customer service

Dear Chick-fil-A Customer Service Team,

I am reaching out regarding an unfortunate experience I had with a recent order. I ordered a Cobb Salad with specific instructions for it to be made without bacon due to dietary restrictions.

However, upon returning home and starting to eat the salad, I discovered that it still contained bacon.

Unfortunately, after consuming part of the salad, I became very sick and had to return to the store to get a replacement.

This not only caused physical discomfort but also required an additional trip, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.

Given the importance of accommodating dietary needs, I would appreciate it if you could review this situation with the team to prevent it from happening to others. If possible, Id appreciate some form of compensation or assurance that future orders will adhere to requested modifications.
