Complaint at American Fork, UT Chick fil A

Hello, I just wanted to inform you of an incident I had today at the American Fork, Utah Chick fil A. As I was eating my fries, I found a gel fingernail polish that had fallen off of someones finger in my fries. I was unable to finish my food and felt ill after eating. Please notify staff so hopefully it wont happen again. Thank you, Cami Birrell

Restaurant was out of a item that I needed on toping

Went to the restaurant to order the item and they did not have a item of one it under particular item and they did not substitute for anything and then when I asked the substitute that they refused.

Each time I order through the mobile app or in person my order has been wrong. Reached out to Chick-fil-A management team and Chick-fil-A customer care. Crickets!!! Worse customer service/care ever!!! Unprofessional

Order was messed up

Chick Fil A - Order was messed up
I placed an order with door dash. I received my chicken soup but no chicken sandwich . It will take door dash 5 to 7 day's to put back on my card. This wasn't a mistake by door dash. This was a sealed bag from Chick-fil-A. So someone didn't put my chicken sandwich in the bag . So I'm without lunch. On door dash it doesn't say what chick-A Fill it wasn't from. Nothing was done by Chick-fil-A .

Almost all chick fil a’s are franchises, so the owner makes the decision who to put in management positions. It could be family or friends, but it is their choice.

The only thing you can do is prove your value. Ways to do that - 1. Be available during any hours and days they are open. 2.

Don’t call off unless absolute emergency. If some more than once in six months, that’s an issue. 3. Don’t treat the person who does the work schedule as your social secretary.

You need to plan your life around your job. Not the other way around.

Not saying any of these are applicable in your case, but call offs, limited availability and requests for days off carry a HUGE impact in a manager’s decision making process. I would not contact corporate unless your availability and attendance are stellar.

Payroll/ Co Workers

I was told I would start at $14/hour. I am no longer employed for the company. Not only that, but I received my direct deposit and noticed instead of being paid $14/hour, my pay rate was reduced to $7.25. Furthermore, I have left messages regarding the pay differential for the hours that I worked. I was also told that there was a no harassment policy, and I worked the morning shift. I was not able to understand over 90% of my coworkers the morning shift because they spoke more another language other than English. Not only that, but I was told that they were UNWELCOMING to the new staff.

Awful employee treatment

Your Lafayette Louisiana restaurant doesnt know how to treat employees thats why no body last at this location anything your company strives for doesnt practice at this location a manager put her hands on my son because he was helping the kitchen stuff!!!! What in the world! Just because the owner likes her? She does whatever she wants without any respect or consideration shame on you all allowing a peak. Like this bringing your name to the ground
