We decided to stop to get a meal and a sandwich. I asked for the meal without the drink and they charged me separate items $8.79 for the sandwich and $259 for the fries. I complained to the salesperson that the meal was cheaper and she didn't want to make changes and told me and lied to me that the meal was $13 and something and in their advertising it says $10.35 and she wanted to charge me an extra for the drink. That is AWFUL service. Stealing people's money is illegal. Lying to people should be punished with an employee memorandum. I am frustrated because it created an argument in my vehicle and all because the salesperson lied saying the meal was $13 and change when it was really $10.35. I am posting this on all my social media accounts for people to check their bills. Just because people go through the drive-through does not mean that we are going to be cheated at. Shame on these representatives for stealing people's money and lying to customers. I already complained in the business and I was told lies. Now I am posting this complain with the Federal Trade Commission requesting an investigation. It is not the $1.03 I was Stolennthis evening it is the ACTION. I am not coming back probably for a long time. Chick Fill A has lots my business and my family and friends business. I want to send you copy of my bill and copy of their menu as attachment so you can send it to the business. I would like a full refund for taking my valuable time to submit this complain. If they are doing to me they are doing it to all customer going after work to get their meal. NO FAIR. SHAME on this business employees.

I went through the drive thru tonight at the Chic-Fil-A (Lovejoy Station- 11161 Tara Blvd, Hampton, Ga. 30228. Phone #: 770-472-****). I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal, but what I received was inedible. The piece of chicken on the sandwich had no chicken in it! It was just the fried outside crust on a bun! At the prices that they charge now, this is unacceptable! So I paid close to $10 for something that I could not eat. And to make things worse, the store closed before I could go back and return the food. So I had nothing to eat tonight thanks to this horrible experience. I am beyond irate at this point!

They wont even post my review on Google either. I went to Chik fil a and ordered $40+ worth of food for me and my kids only to get a whole batch of fries covered with hair like they were dropped in a barbershop swept up and served. Ive had to miss work and school for several days because Ive been in bed weak and sick. It WAS Chik fil a because I prepared a salad at home and that was the only other meal I had that day. There is no resolution, there was no remorse basically I was laughed at and handed a new batch.. when really I wanted my money back we didnt eat any of the food from there after the fact. Its the principle of not following guidelines, putting peoples health in harms way and then showing no care or consequences.

Hiring drug addicts who come to work high not helping. Some employees are high on duty.

Employees that smell like pot or even cigarette not good. Brings the quality of food into question and affects service.

This is specific to the Maumelle, Arkansas location: If Chick-fil-A is going to offer a product such as ice cream or milkshakes, they should consistently offer it during operation hours. I have made three attempts over the past week to purchase ice cream, one hour prior to closing, and each time, they had already closed down their ice cream machine.They offered no apology. This is poor customer service. I travel all over the country and frequent many Chick-fil-A restaurants. I have always been amazed at their impeccable customer service skills. Unfortunately, my hometown of Maumelle, Arkansas, is definitely the exception. Maumelles CFA food is seldom hot, and their curbside service takes forever. In some cases, the workers completely forget to bring out the food. When this happens, I will go into the store and ask to pick it up in person. Whats the point of curbside pick up? Again, this location is a complete disappointment, and I hope theyre able to turn it around soon due to the massive amount of competition entering the area.

Never received my order

I placed a carry out corset on the app 12:53pm and arrive 5 minutes later. I saw my name on the board under the preparing screen. As I continued to wait my name stayed on that board as other names went to the ready screen. New name came and went to the ready screen as mine continued to stay there. People who ordered food in the store as a I was waiting were getting their meals handed to them. I after 20 minutes I asked one of the staff to see if my order was ready. He acknowledged me but then went right back to handing out orders. I went another 20 minutes and still no order. Its now 1:33PM. At this time no one was helping or acknowledging my order. I decided to leave because I couldnt be late for work.

My six year old grandson has stage three rhabdomyosarcoma, And hes had a feeding tube for the past several months. This past Wednesday, he was able to have a surgical procedure and have his feeding tube removed. All he wanted was Chick-fil-A breakfast unfortunately he came out of the sedative too late for the breakfast. We had a very small window of time between his surgical procedure and getting him back to the hospital for his chemo and radiation. We took him to the Chick-fil-A on the St. Louis medical campus, he was laying in his wagon, so sad that he cannot have breakfast one of the cashiers overheard us speaking to him and trying to explain to him that he would have to have a lunch item and immediately the manager came over and told us that he could have anything he wanted and that she would make sure that they made him a breakfast item. To a year old child who has been battling cancer and has not eaten in months getting to have his favorite food was such a wonderful and joyful moment, and we will ever be so grateful !

Location: Chick-fil-A 495 W Avenida Vista Hermosa San Clemente CA 92672 Employee: Maria Situation:I went to an Angels game yesterday October 1st and the Employees at the Angels game told us everyone attending could receive a free chicken sandwich the next day. My kids being excited about this asked to go to chick fila for dinner. When I inquired about this employee Maria told another employee they are trying to get 5 free sandwiches. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. She made me feel cheap and the fact that I felt she was making a spectacle of me with other employees made me feel uneasy. I'm a Christian and would have never expected this from a Christian establishment.

I had over 3000 points with Chick-fil-A just disappear. I was buying lunch in port Jeff ny and at the same time my points where used in Huntington for lunch. Customer service wouldnt look into it just told me to change my password. I dont use any password they just scan my phone. Never go here again.

Good evening Gentlemen, and I am writing this email in regards to a recent visit at the La Plata Chic Fil A location involving my family. We frequent this Chic Fil A quite often, due to the fact of convenience and have experienced some good/bad times with certain things. But nothing compares to what my family experienced today. My Wife and children ordered a 12 count chicken nugget, spicy chicken sandwich and large fry to share amongst themselves. My wife advised me that the cashier who took her order had an attitude when taking it. My wife still continued to order even after. Because we know everyone has good and bad days. My wife advised that when the food came, she had to attend to my youngest child in the bathroom, but when she got back she noticed the size/color and taste of the nuggets. It seem as if the nuggets have been sitting because they were very small and crunchy and tasted old. My wife walked back up to the counter to express her concern (Size, taste) with the staff. She explained her concerns to a young lady (same one with the attitude from earlier) who turned around and told Victoria who I am guessing is a shift leader. While this young lady was telling Victoria my wifes concerns, you can see the disgusted look on her face. Victoria told the young lady in a loud unprofessional voice "Thats how they are tonight". My wife tried to explain that she frequents Chic Fil A and knows around the size they are supposed to be. Once again "Victoria" yells in a loud voice "Thats how they are tonight, I can give you an 8 count because you already ate some". I just want to point out My wife felt as if she was being talked down too, belittled at the time based upon the tone and volume of Victoria's voice. My wife said to Victoria "do not even worry about it, I did not think you would make a big deal about the nuggets being old. My wife also expressed the concern that our 9 year old was eating one of the nuggets and started to choke. My wife and family were approached by another Employee Drew who tried to smooth things over and was actually very helpful in getting the information of Management. As my wife and children left, Victoria, the cashier and another employee just continued to stare at them as they left. I would like to think this type of behavior is uncalled for and the way they treated my wife and children during this visit was absolutely disgusting and sickening. My family was respectful and never raised their voices or got out of hand. I wish I could say the same about Victoria and the other two females that were working tonight. I am writing this email to bring attention to this type of behavior and how not to treat people. If you could please remind Victoria and the other two employees to treat people as if they wanted to be treated. Also just wanted to inform you guys about this. Thank you for taking the time to read this email.

My mobile order on 7/25/23 was messed up and items missing and when I called the store the manager told me I would be placed on a cares lists for two entrees to remedy the error. Yet, when I went back to the store I wasnt on this said lists and the manager I spoke with 7/27/23 was unprofessional stating he wont honor the two entrees promised but on the items missing. His tone with me is unacceptable and going forward I will no longer patronize Chick Fila A!
