Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They were very helpful to solve my issue. You’re going to send me some coupons and again I say whatever batter they use it for the chicken it’s too salty cut back on the salt please

I did a mobile at 1:22. I went through the drive through and I didn't receive my food until 1:43.
During that time over 10 cars went through on the other side and the 3 cars behind me had their food but couldn't go because I was waiting for mine, the 2 gentleman who were working each asked me my name 3 times. At one point one of them gave me my good and said "I don't know what happened with your drinks I think someone store them" and walked away. I was asked my name again and what drinks I ordered again twice. Finally after 15 mins and watching the 2 guys laugh and talk with other customers, with each other and the people inside and being asked again what I ordered I told them I would pull around and get it myself.
One of them said, "that would be great, thanks!" I parked went inside and told them I have been in the drive through and never got my drinks. The 2 girls said oh ok, what did you order. Made the drinks and gave them to me. I walked out and saw one of the drive through guys holding my drinks and I told him "I went and got them myself" .
He gave me a dirty look and said something that I could t hear. I understand you are all busy I understand it can get crazy but no one was inside waiting in line. My food was cold and so much salt that the fries were almost white. I love chick fil la but that idk the two guys didn't even care to help.
No one said sorry or we will get it right away.
I understand being busy but isn't that your whole motto?? It's not the first time service at this location has been terrible but today really put the cherry on top.

I visited the Chic-fil-a location at 6240 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. When I arrived at the drive thru (they have two lanes for the drive-thru) there were no cars in the left lane, so I pulled up to the front of that lane.
There were about three to four cars in the right lane, where there were two employees taking their orders. When the employee (toward the front of the line) directly next to me decides to start taking orders in my lane he decides to skip me and go to the car behind me. This made no sense to me, so I beeped my horn twice. I didn't want to get out and make a scene, so I pulled out of line and into a parking space.
I went inside to ask a manager why this employee would do things this way. I saw an employee sitting down and asked him for the manger. He got up and went behind the counter and spoke to someone, but I waited for about ten minutes, and no one ever showed up, so I just left.
I have been to this location many times before and have never had an issue, but I can avoid eating at Chic-fil-a if I can't get better treatment from their employees. And a much better response time by the management.

Preferred solution: I would like my coupons and additional ones for the inconvenience and the hassle
User's recommendation: watch the dates and don't go thru the drive thru and hit the highway in case the order is right and your chicken isn't the size of a nugget
