Fix the app so it shows when a card is declined so I can fix it before getting to the store. The time to find out the card was an old number is not at the drive in window.

Virus Issue at Drive thru

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The Chick Fil A on Ross Clark Circle in Dothan, Alabama does not have any employees wearing gloves. They exchange money with customers, hand food to customers. Every time they touch the person's hand in line in front of me, then they touch my hand when I pay for the food. In essence how do I know the customer in front of me is not carrying the virus AND now it has been passed to me.

Are you dumb? Gloves will touch all the same things.

Don't use the drive-thru

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
First and foremost I am not writing this email to seek out revenge or for any kind of vendetta for the employees; but I would want to know what was going on at my business. Especially if it meant leaving a customer driving away in tears. Around 12:30-12:40 this afternoon (January 27, 2020) I went to Chick-Fil-A in Temecula on Winchester/Margarita for lunch. As usual the drive-thru was busy and there were lines of cars around the parking lot. CFA shares a lot with Islands Restaurant so beyond the drive-thru there isn't any signage. As usual cars were lined up down some rows, blocking cars in. I went to the line that is up against a median (vertical to the drive thru) so as to not block any cars. As the parking row in front of me (horizontal to the drive thru) has less and less cars I begin to inch my way up as there are no more cars in that line. I was waiting patiently because nobody really knows where the lines begin or end during lunch. The employees see my car, make eye contact (at this point there were cars lining up behind me as well) but continue to help cars pulling into the line horizontal to the drive thru. It's finally clear and as I pull in a manager by the name of Nity (late 30's-early 40's, larger frame, hispanic with a heavy accent) comes out and tells me to pull forward. She and an employee (younger, caucasion, long-haired brunette with glasses) stand around my car and Nity tells me "Customers are mad, they've been waiting and you're cutting in line." To which I responded, "I've been sititng here for 10 minutes letting people go ahead of me so that row of cars will clear up." Nity: "Well, you're cutting, And we can't serve you. Because you're upsetting our customers because you're cutting in line." Me: "There weren't any cones or signs up -" At which point she cut me off to raise a finger and say, "We've never had cones up. We don't use cones." So I pointed out some cones. She told me, "Well except those. But you can't cut." I just said, "Okay I guess I'll just turn around." Which was when the employee and Nity laughed and gave me a sarcastic, "Yeah okay..." I was livid, insulted and drove away in tears as they shrugged their shoulders and continued to smirk as they watched me drive off. I called my husband to ask if there was anything else he wanted for lunch. He obviously asked why I was crying and I let him know what happened. He called the location and asked if they knew they had just made his wife cry for accusing her of cutting and refusing her service. Nity's response was, "Yeah. And?" He asked, "And don't you think that's a problem?" At that point Nity began apologizing profusely, telling him I was given the opportunity to order but ran off. She did not give him an opportunity to speak, just apologized over and over and tried defending her actions. My family and I so appreciated all the military events CFA throws. .My husband, even with his PTSD and limited mobility will bring himself to attend them to show support for a company with such strong values. However, we've been going to this location quite frequently for 5 years (since we moved to the area) and today will probably be the last time. The employees I usually encounter I recognize. They're always friendly, patient and full of joy. However the new manager and employees I had the chance to meet today were everything but. They were unwelcoming, sarcastic, rude and insensitive. We'd heard about CFA slipping on some of their Christian values, and while I always defended the business. After what happened today I can understand why people are so upset.

They've become McDonaldized, with an overabundance of customers. They can afford to p iss off as many customers as they please without any financial repercussions. For every lost customer, five more quickly jump in the drive through lane to take their place.

I lost my phone at Chick-fil-A and some employees(crew members) made videos on my phone and erased some of my precious pictures and videos!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I left my phone at Chick-fil-A at North Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. I went back to pick it up and found out that Chick-fil-A had really let me down. Instead of locking my phone up where it would be safe in the office, some of the Chick-fil-A employees, which were crew members, went into my phone and made personal videos. They also erased some of my videos and pictures that were very important to me! Not only did they invade my privacy, they took my property by erasing some of my pictures and videos that were significantly important to me! They knew what they did was wrong so they tried to erase the evidence and even admitted in the video that they were going to erase it! My phone died so they were caught!I don't like how the situation was handled by the owner. This whole ordeal was totally unacceptable and should have never happened! For Chick-fil-A to be a christian-based business, they have proved to me that they could not be trusted with my personal belongings! I expected so much more from Chick-fil-A especially to have some integrity! My family and I have always loved Chick-fil-A but this particular one at North Myrtle Beach really disappointed us. My pictures and videos are gone and are not retrievable!I have cried because no one knows how important they are to me and why! The operator of the store, Jeff cash, has not even reached out to me himself. I have spoken to his director of operations and one other employee. I will never go to that store again . I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else that forgets their property at the store! Their horse play with my phone was going on while customers were being served around 8:20 p.m.! This was totally unprofessional and prohibited but it happened anyway! Jeff cash, I feel that you sir don't know how to run a store properly and you may need classes in customer service!

I don't own a cell phone , never have ; don't intend to. Take better care of your favorite possessions.

Maybe you don't even need to take it to work. (why would you?)

Very Rude, DIsrespectful and Unprofessional Team Member

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I recently visited a chick Fil A at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. There was a very rude, disrespectful and non-professional employee named I believe her name was Patricia or Pat something to that effect.

This person was one of the rudest people I have ever came across. She acted as though she did not care if the customers were satisfied. I was standing behind a customer in line and the customer in front of me was trying to ask a question about one of the sandwiches, and she snapped at the customer at that point I got out of line because I do not want anyone like that serving me, and I am telling all my friends not to go to that location. Her profession level is zero.

I did notice there were two others in the background that were very helpful.

The customer expressed his appreciation to the other two and made a horrible comment about Patricia or Pat. Just thought I would let someone know.

I don't care about apologies. All I want is what I paid for.

Woe be unto those who would engage in a verbal altercation with me.

I pay, they provide. End of transaction.

Need to know my rights as a Chick-fil-A employee

I started my shift at 3:30pm and I was sent on break at 4:19 not even half way into my shift. I am scheduled until 9:00pm and I also am on medication. I asked my manager why am I being sent on break and I havent been here for an hour and I was told because she wants to be able to close but my store is slow due to COVID19.
