My complaint is it rolls about 15-20 mins to get my food and they charged me for an extra sandwich that I didnt even ask for and I had to ask for my shake 3 times before I actually got it also they did not honor the health care workers discount for me either

Pre game meal donation.

I reached out to corporate about getting a pre game meal donated to my daughters high school jv basketball team corporate said my local office would contact me. And local office never contacted me. This shows me chick filet dies not really care about the youth eating. Respectfully, Tony D Williams.

Waste of a phone call.

Called to speak to corporate, the rep I spoke to at corporate said she would relay message to local office. I have not heard nothing back yet. But I believe the results are gonna be the same from corporate as the local branch. A waisted phone call.

Horrible service

I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit I received a dry biscuit with a piece of cold egg. No chicken. I also ordered a chicken egg and hashbrown bowl. It looked like someone ate half and just gave me the left overs. It was cold. And disturbing.

Complaint not being addressed

E-gift card purchase attempt

Hello, I tried four different cards on the website that allows for e-gift card purchases, but each time I entered the correct information the transaction would not go through. Each card was validtwo cards were debit and two cards were credit accounts. Is there something that can be done? Id like to email my sister a gift card.

Wrong order

I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. I discovered it was a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich when I got home. So disappointed. A new store just opened in my neighborhood and its been really busy so I thought Id give it a try. Not sure I will again. Although on the bright side I only had half the sandwich saving my diet. Lol. Will try the other half cold (wont need to warm it since its already hot) Happy

Chick Fil A - Refund

Good day,

I hope someone can help me. Ive tried other methods of contact with no results.

This is regarding an online order on 4/14 Order number: 959053.

Total $21.00. I placed an order online after I sent the order in. As soon as I sent order in , information on my order and location pop up, I realized it was the wrong location. I tried to cancel online, unable to, I tried calling the location several times, there was no answer.

There was an automated recording, no one answered. This location was 20101 Ventura Blvd

Woodland Hills, CA 91364.

I went to the location closest to my house in West Hills. I asked the manager if she new of a different phone number to contact the other location. She said no.

I went ahead and placed my order at this location.

And paid again. $21.00

On the 16 April I called customer service number and spoke with Yahway. She took down my information but was not able to credit my card.

She said she could only take information down at her location. Ive never heard back on this matter.

All Im asking for is a credit back to my original form of payment for $21.00 order I never received.

I had a 600 dollar order and when I tried to add the receipt to get points they said it has already been allocated to someone else account!!! I believe an employee took my points and gave to family member or something because I am the only one who has the receipt. Still waiting on resolution.
