I took my 2 year old daughter to this location to play and she received a nasty cut to her forehead that resulted in a trip to the ER. Chick Fil A needs to replace the ends of their slides with a softer, hollow edge or curve the ends down.

The ends are the super hard, thin edges that don't have any give. It's not the stores fault my daughter fell but this could have been prevented if the store had safer equipment for the little kids play area.

Will be getting a lawyer now. I didn't want it to go to this.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Location: Commerce, Georgia

You should pay attention to your kids more. It's not chick-fil-a's job to watch your kids.

Same thing happend to my son 4 years old and thay didn't want to pay the medical cost he's get hurt in his eye brows and he gets so scared to go to any play ground

oh well your were correct on a lot of things in keeping your child safe but how does the side of the plastic slide that's not that sharp hit there head and make it gush blood and how do they place there heads on it while sliding down also this is the same person from below

below: so I would like to let you know I am a kid height 56 inches btw so my parents were bringing me to the Chick-Fil-A to play well the sign says you must be shorter then 54 inches to play so I just sat and ate when I got done eating while waiting for my parents all I could do is sleep while I waited for them to finish so i am never going to Chick-Fil-A again unless they remove that sign that or they make it safer for younger kids because its not because i am to big to play but because i might hurt the younger kids also for the person who made this post 2 YEAR OLDS ARE NOT OLD ENOUGH TO PLAY IN THERE SERIOUSLY YOU EXPECT HER NOT TO HURT HER SELF IN A PLAY AREA (sorry for yelling) with tons of kids bigger then her you also should of been watching her more closely also its not that big of a deal so what the plastic scraped her on the arm its not the end of the world she may of been hurt barely people have been through much much worse so just because she hurt her self in a place so easy to get hurt in does not mean you go insane saying I WILL SUE YOU CALL THE COPS AND THE HOSPITAL SHE HURT HER SELF ITS TO DANGEROUS URGH ARE YOU PEOPLE INSANE SHE HURT HER SELF so please don't be insane like that

2 year olds aren't supposed to play in the playplace. They're too little. The only thing the store should replace is the sign that says "you must be this tall to play".

First, I stated my daughter was 2, not 5. Big difference in child development and awareness.

At 3 feet tall, you know the slide is too sharp if it cut her forehead, gushed lots of blood, and required being glued together. I know kids get hurt but it all could have been prevented with safer equipment. I was in the area right beside her so she wasn't alone. As for the yelling, I didn't do any of that.

I simply filed a claim with Chick fila and they were big jerks about it and still refuse to change the faulty equipment. All I wanted was the slide fixed or replaced.

I'm not in this to get rich. I posted this so other parents could be aware and possibly prevent this in the future.

Also, kids get hurt on playgrounds. When I was 5 I ran headfirst into a piece of metal pipe with no rubber end on it.

My mother didn't yell at the school or threaten to get a lawyer.

I got patched up and everyone moved on. Kids bump and scrape and get injured all the time.

Typical American. I can't watch my kid so I'm going to sue when they get hurt.
